Why is background check required?
For the security of the clients and their customers, a background check is mandatory and includes: a national criminal history search, a name and Social Security Number verification, and current address verification.
How long does the background check take?
We typically receive the results from your Enrollment Background Check within 4 to 5 days of submission.
How much does this cost?
Background Checks are $7.95. If you have any felonies or fraud charges then you may not be eligible to provide services.
We do not check your credit at all.
Certification course for the client you typically service will range between $30 and up.

I’m new to this, how do I get started?
You get to choose which company to work for New Life Virtual Solutions, LLC is a contracted representative. It works the same as an office job except your desk and home will be your private office. You can work part time or full time, you pick and schedule your own hours.
(We only require a minimum of 15 hours weekly)
Create your profile and after the admissions process (passing the background check) you'll have access to all of our job openings. Then pick the company you would like to provide customer service for. You will be taught everything online and upon completion, you start taking inbound customer service calls from your home.
During certification (training) you are taught all that you need to know to provide outstanding service and work from home for years to come. It is all computerized so you basically log into your computer and into the clients systems and the calls come directly into your phone line! You answer the phone as if you are in a call center. You can work while in pajamas if you want to. It's a pretty cool concept. Customers are happier because with you working from home they can hear the smile in your voice.

2. Sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement
3. Joining an IBO. It is at this point that you will be asked to join an IBO. Answer yes to “Were you referred by independent business owner select yes and you will need my CSP ID#1151623 you will see my name appear Jacqueline Saint Fort, then my Virtual Services Corporations ID# 76298. You will see New Life Virtual Solutions LLC appear. New Life Virtual Solutions is an Umbrella for the many services that I provide including New Life Virtual Solutions as a subcontracting opportunity.
